This is the pre-licensing course for candidates who desire to sit for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate exam.  It is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).   Students who take this class will be instructed in FREC's Course I approved curriculum.  The class focuses on Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices and Law.  Students will be taught helpful test taking strategies as the course progresses.  Students who successfully complete this course are expected to pass the state exam.  Course participants will be assisted in completing the application and fingerprint process as well.
