ELIGIBILITY
Florida requires future real estate professionals to have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Age of 18 or older
- A Social Security Number
- Passed background check
- Passed state exam
State Residency or US Citizenship are NOT required for Florida Real Estate Licensing.

THE PROCESS
United Real Estate Schools provide candidates with the resources required to complete all the aspects of the process to become a real estate agent. Candidates who are eligible to become Florida real estate professionals must:
- Complete a 63 Hour Pre-Licensing Class
- Complete state application
- Complete fingerprinting

EMPLOYMENT
Upon passing your Florida Real Estate Licensing exam, you are now employable by a broker or a builder. Most brokers require their agents to become REALTORS® as well. To do so, one must join a local chapter of the National Association of REALTORS®. Locally, we have:
