45 Hour Post Licensing Class for Sales Associates - Wesley Chapel

This is the FREC approved 45 hour post licensing for Sales Associates.  It is required prior to a new agent's first renewal.  Students must complete the course's final exam with a score of 75/100 or better to earn credit for license renewal.

Successful completion of this class results in 45 hours of Continuing Education credits uploaded to the DBPR website for the renewal of your real estate sales associate license.
